Return Policy

What is your Returns policy?

If you receive a damaged or defective product from Ashtar, kindly reach out to us at ashtar.weaves@gmail.com for assistance. While we don't accept cancellations or returns for made-to-order items, if there's a quality issue on our end, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Please return the unused product in its original condition with the original invoice within 14 days of delivery. 

 

Note that international orders and made-to-order items without quality defects are non-returnable. 

 

Upon review and confirmation, we'll happily offer an exchange or refund, credited to your account within 7 business days. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

 

Do you offer reverse pick-up?

We don't provide reverse order pick-up; you're responsible for shipping returns. Once dispatched, share the courier name and tracking number for confirmation. International returns aren't accepted. For assistance, contact us at ashtar.weaves@gmail.com. You can ship your return package to our store: GSL  B3, Mahalaxmi chambers, 22 Bhulabhai Desai Road, Mumbai 400026

 

Can I cancel my order?

As all pieces are made to order, cancellations are not possible once the order has been placed. 

What do I do if my order is received in a damaged condition?

If your order has been damaged or tampered with, you can refuse to accept it and return it to the courier personnel with all of the original packaging intact. Please do report the incident to our Customer Care Team immediately, on ashtar.weaves@gmail.com

 

What happens if the wrong product was delivered to me?

In an unlikely event that the product you received is not what you ordered, please contact our Customer Care Team within 24 hours of delivery.

 

They will help arrange for a reverse pick-up and ensure the correct order is delivered to you at the earliest.

What happens if the product I ordered is out of stock?

If a product is out of stock, you will be informed when you add it to your Shopping Cart or at Checkout. In rare cases, if the product is out of stock after your order is confirmed, we will initiate order cancellation and refund the amount.
